Cheryl was great! She went out of her way to make sure we found the home that was right for us and was very quick in helping us close, it only took 11 days! There were times I was worried we were bothering her with all of our questions and the number of houses we looked at but she was always veryfriendly and excited to help. She made us feel important and helped us find our dream home.

Bought home in Gig Harbor, WA in 2017

Coming to Washington from Southern California my wife and I knew virtually no one. After several months of checking Realtor.com in the Puget Sound I contacted Hawkins-Poe in Gig Harbor. I connected with Cheryl and arranged a tour of the market. She spent several days showing us homes in our target area and she demonstrated a working knowledge of the many neighborhoods. She was professional and knowledgeable and in the end we selected a new home that was almost completed. She was a great assist in our deciding to move to the Puget Sound and we would recommend her to other buyers.
