Gig Harbor Real Estate Stats November 2020

Gig Harbor's average home price continues to rise each month we are now sitting side by side our neighbor to the north in Seattle at $689,000.

Our days on market also continue to be effected by lack of inventory and the need for more space by the consumer as we spend more time at home.  

The luxury market is also rising with the highest sale price for the month at $2,609,788.
