The real estate market is showing positive signs of growth and increased market activity. The median
price for residential and condo sales reported by the NMWLS increased 5.7% compared to last year.
The NWMLS also reported a significant 37.7% rise in the number of properties listed for sale in July
2024 compared to July 2023.

Interest rates have recently improved and we expect rates will decrease again as we move toward the
end of the year. This increase in inventory and improvement in interest rates is likely to attract buyers
who have been waiting on the sidelines for better options and favorable interest rates.

If you are on the fence, don’t wait for the buying pool to become saturated again. The best time might
be now! Overall, the market is advancing, providing more opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
