Anne is a rare find and if you are lucky, you will have the opportunity to work with her.
I selected Anne to sell my home without having any personal reference. I solely relied on her Internet biography. Needless to say, I got very lucky.
Anne left no stone unturned as it related to selling my house. I was not in town during the duration of the listing and the sale , which added a unique dynamic to the process.
Anne managed all of the things that needed to be handled In my absence. She gave me some great, practical advice as to what was needed to make my house more valuable. She also steered me away from unnecessary upgrades and expenses.
When it came to negotiating offers, her experience proved highly valuable. I was pleased to get the price I wanted, and also to know the home was sold to a nice person.
